Recommend for a budget stay

Amazing decor, amazing location, with free wi-fi in rooms and close beach access made our stay enjoyable, while the staff, particularly Tom and his wife, provided incredible local insights and sneak peeks of their upcoming divine menu.

Couldn’t find a single fault.

The double room had a decent layout, providing enough space for our group throughout our two-night stay. The proximity to local attractions made it a breeze to explore everything quickly, despite the quiet atmosphere.

Warning, the stairs are quite steep, with several flights to reach the top rooms. In one room, the shower rod needed some fixing and there was only sidelighting, which might not be ideal for those who need proper lighting for tasks like applying makeup. The lounge closes outside check-in and check-out times, leaving late-night options limited. With no mini-bars in the rooms and the restaurant closed out of season, evenings felt a bit bare. a few tweaks could enhance the experience, especially for those wanting a more relaxed evening after a day out.

I had such a fantastic experience during my recent 2-night stay! The breakfast was just outstanding, probably the best hotel fare I’ve ever had, with the crispy hash browns and perfectly cooked eggs. Plus, the room was beautifully decorated with tasteful decor, making it so cozy and pleasant to return to after a day out. The personal touches from the staff really made me feel at home, especially the warm welcome and delightful chats. I would definitely pick this place again!

Our family had a fantastic stay! The kids loved the beach nearby, and we enjoyed delicious breakfast with great service each morning. The clean and comfortable Deluxe Double Room was ideal for our large family, making it a memorable home base while exploring Great Yarmouth.

had an amazin 2 nights here! the staff were super friendly n helpful, made us feel right at home. the sea view from our room was just wow, like nothing else! the food was better than i expected, especially breakfast, so many options and all fresh. totally wanna come back!

Fabulous location right on the sea front, steps away from Britannia Pier. The room was spacious, with a stunning sea view, and the breakfast options were plenty—skillfully prepared and delicious. The owners were incredibly hospitable, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. Cleanliness was top-notch, making it a pleasure to stay.

Just an optimal selection for a short visit in Great Yarmouth with great value-to-price ratio. The complimentary residents parking made it easier during my stay, even though finding a spot was a bit tricky. Make sure to check the street parking rules before arrival.

The room was spacious and spotless, I mean they even cleaned the back of the TV, like who does that? Plus, we had a sea view, totally worth the extra money, just sitting there, soaking it all in.

It definitely wasn't inexpensive but it was acceptable for the quality.

Our two-night stay was quite enjoyable. The location was perfect, with attractions and the beach just a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent, and our room was clean and tidy. we were a bit disappointed that the promised private parking turned out to be street parking, which was stressful given we had an expensive car.
